I love coffee. Tonight, I am going to present an old-fashioned method of coffee making: the siphon or Vacuum method, also known as the Belgian Method.
"A bit of trivia-The earliest known patent on the siphon coffee brewer was filed by Loeff of Berlin in the 1830s; but it was Marie Fanny Amelne Massot of France – better known as Mme. Vassieux, who designed and patented the first commercially successful vacuum coffee brewer in 1840." (cited from coffeebrewguides.com on 3/28/2020)
This Belgian method of making coffee is very scientific and Steampunk!
What is Steampunk? "It is a science fiction genre with a historical setting and typically features steam-powered machinery rather than advanced technology."
I have given Steampunk a personal meaning. I think of Steampunk as a reminder that the "punk" (the enemy of God) who likes to throw spiritual mud and make us feel unclean has already lost to The One who has made us truly spiritually clean, Jesus Christ. For me, Steampunk is a fun reminder that we have been made clean.
Without further ado, I would like to present how to Make Steampunk Coffee (the scientific siphon method) Using a Belgian Brew-Steampunk-style Coffee Machine. (I just made that name up)
Enjoy the show!
The Belgian Brew-Steam Punk-Style Coffee Machine or something like that!
